Rich Dase
President
Rich is a highly technical senior level Information Technology leader with extensive experience in IT infrastructure, software development and ERP systems. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and has a Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2010.
Rich has worked primarily for private companies in the manufacturing, distribution and retail space. He started his career as a lead programmer, and later, the IT operations manager for Eastman Machine Company in Buffalo, New York. He later worked for ITT Fluid Technologies as their Manager of Network Services, North America, in Morton Grove, Illinois. He spent a number of years as the IT Director for Knowles Electronics in Itasca, Illinois. Most recently he was the Vice President of Information Technology for WMH Tool Group, Inc. in Elgin, Illinois.
Rich’s business, legal and computer science education, combined with his twenty years of real world business experience, gives him a unique set of skills which enables him to build strong IT teams and lead them to solve business problems.
Rob Ackerman
Vice President
Rob is a proficient problem solver who understands business and technical perspectives and utilizes both to develop workable solutions. He is a capable team player with comprehensive skill sets from “Old School” to “Bleeding Edge.” He has a B.S in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University.
Rob has worked in the automotive manufacturing, industrial tooling distribution and retail industries. He started his career as a website developer, progressed to Network Administrator and worked his way to Director of IT at Har Technologies in Franklin Park, Illinois. He later worked for Tooling Solutions as the Director of MIS where he automated and streamlined most of their business processes. Most recently he was the database administrator for WMH Tool Group, Inc. in Elgin Illinois.
Rob is a dedicated and passionate worker whose genuine enjoyment of his work allows him to solve complex business problems via some very elegant and innovative database programming.
