Walter Meier leads the world in the manual woodworking and metalworking sector with its JET brand. They also offer select product in the shop equipment sector through their Powermatic brand. Founded in 1937 by namesake Walter Meier to import machine tools into Switzerland, Walter Meier AG has grown into a leading global supplier in both climate and manufacturing technologies

Powermatic.com was designed and built by the core Ideosity team in 2007. The site features integration with the following:

•  FullTilt PIM for up-to-date product information
• Easy 2 for interactive product demos
• Scene 7 for dynamic product image serving
• Akamai to serve heavy content without taxing Walter Meier's web servers
• SAP to integrate all ecommerce functionality directly into Walter Meier's existing ERP system. 

Ideosity still maintains and updates the site and underlying architecture as needed for Powermatic's parent company, Walter Meier, AG.

Ideosity designed and built the architecture underlying Jettools.com. The site is hosted in Switzerland with a user-interface designed by Insign (www.isnsign.ch). Among other things, Ideosity provides the power behind the Where to Buy and user-management functions as well as supplying a nightly feed of product information for the site.

The L.S. Starrett company is a world-leading manufacturer of precision tools, gauges, saw blades, and other instruments. As part of their larger web strategy, they contacted Ideosity about creating a digital version of their catalog. Other solutions simply didn't meet Starrett's  needs so they engaged Ideosity to create a custom solution.

The team at Ideosity put their heads together, wrote a lot of code and delivered an interactive catalog complete with search, a table of contents, the ability to email a page, and a host of other features.

Werner is a fully integrated manufacturer and distributor of fiberglass, aluminum and wood climbing products. Their products are backed by over 60 years of state-of-the-art product design, thorough testing, and evaluation experience, making us the leader in climbing equipment. They manufacture a full line of safe, professional-grade products for any job and build them to withstand even the most challenging professional jobs. Werner ladders are found on more trucks and on more job sites than all other ladders combined.

We built this microsite to support Werner's launch of their new Fire Escape Ladder. The site was designed to offer the visitor a significant amount of rich content in the form of informative videos and interactivity and was built with PHP for easier integration into Werner's existing infrastructure.

PANCOR is a fully integrated Real Estate Developer, Investor, Contractor, and Management company actively engaged in developing and acquiring office and industrial properties in the Chicago Metropolitan Area based in Elgin, IL. They had concerns about the speed at which their web development company was able to update their site and the overall lack of control they had.

We built a new site for them using Sitefinity 3.7 to give them the control they desired. Additionally, we developed a back-end module that allows Pancor staff to manage all information about a property, including which suites are available and their square footage. This information also powers the Office Space search on the home page.

When Bishop initially engaged with Ideosity, their goal was simply to increase the SEO of their present site. As we talked, however, we realized there was a deeper issue: Bishop needed more control over their site.We moved their site from static HTML to Sitefinity 4.0, allowing them to add pages and really manage their site for the first time. We also provided SEO training to Bishop's marketing staff, coaching them on keyword selection and how to create SEO-friendly content. In the three months since the site has been live, content on the site has tripled and Bishop has made great strides in their SEO.

MChannel™ Solutions is a consulting, technology services and commerce company that specializes in leveraging best practices of multichannel and cross-channel marketing to help clients increase revenue. MChannel is based just outside of Chicago and is comprised of seasoned business, marketing and technology professionals. Multichannel and cross-channel marketing disciplines are at the very core of MChannel Solutions.

Ideosity leveraged the power of the ASPDotNetStoreFront platform to allow MChannel to launch a new, branded retail website for Sarge Knives. Ideosity customized the platform for MChannel’s unique needs and provided SEO consulting services from the beginning of the project, ensuring the site was as SEO-friendly as possible.

MW Unlimited is a great example of a small organization utilizing technology to offer a great number of products to their customers. Based in Tampa, FL, MW Unlimited operates businesses selling autographed sports memorabilia, electronics components, and Australian opal jewelry.

Ideosity launched the first new MW Unlimited site, Unlimited Autographs, in May of 2011 with Unlimited Electronics and Barjole Jewelry to come. All three sites are based on the ASPDotNetStoreFront platform. Additionally, Ideosity consulted with the MW Unlimited staff to ensure all products were loaded into the site with content written to create high SEO value.

Auditing Consulting Technologies (ACT) is a premier provider of customized, cutting edge telecommunications and utility solutions for businesses and other organizations. In 2009, ACT contacted Ideosity about creating a new website which reflected the company’s new brand image and revised mission.

Ideosity developed a custom CMS tool for ACT to give them control over their site. We also worked with their staff on SEO strategies and provided consulting services on how to write for SEO.

The application was built in a way that will allow it to scale easily and integrate with other Ubistor systems.
